Digital Products and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are generally final.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase, except where required by applicable law or the payment platform’s policies.
Download or Delivery Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or encounter a damaged or unreadable download, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
Refund Processing
Purchases completed through Gumroad are subject to Gumroad’s applicable refund procedures.
Any approved refund will be processed through Gumroad and returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.
